Co-founder
Emile is a technology entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative platforms.
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Emile moved to San Francisco to join Yelp in its early stages. Following his time at Yelp, he joined Redbeacon (acquired by Home Depot) where his innovative work led to being awarded a technology patent.
Emile's entrepreneurial journey reached new heights when he founded and served as CEO of Tindie, the world's first marketplace for hardware makers. Under his leadership, Tindie attracted significant investment from prominent venture capital firms including Andreessen Horowitz, Version One Ventures, and Slow Ventures. The company's success culminated in its acquisition by Siemens, marking a significant milestone in the hardware marketplace industry.
Following the acquisition of Tindie, Emile joined Netflix as a Senior Product Manager, where he led the product for four engineering teams. His experience at Netflix further honed his expertise in product development, team leadership, and scaling technology solutions at a global level.
Currently, as co-founder of RangerDocs, Emile is leveraging his extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship to revolutionize the business valuation industry. Together with his team, he is building the leading solution for certified business valuators, combining AI technology with deep industry expertise to transform how businesses are valued and analyzed.

Dori Morrison, CFP®, CVA®, is a financial consultant who combines analytical expertise with hands-on business operations experience. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and Spanish, she began her career as an Annuity Product Analyst at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) before advancing to roles of increasing responsibility at Bessemer Trust in San Francisco and First Kentucky Trust Company in Louisville. During her time in institutional finance, she developed expertise in portfolio management and investment analysis while serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.
After taking time to focus on raising her children, Dori returned to the financial world through a unique path - joining Designmaster Furniture as a consultant before advancing to Chief Operating Officer. This experience provided invaluable insights into manufacturing operations, real-time financial analysis, and strategic decision-making that impacted a 100-person workforce. Her ability to analyze data while understanding the human factors in business operations has proved instrumental in her current ventures.
Dori provides strategic financial leadership to growing businesses through a combination of fractional CFO services, financial consulting, and business valuation services. She helps businesses optimize operations, maximize value, and achieve strategic objectives through data-driven insights and sound financial management. Additionally, as co-founder of Ranger Docs, Dori is working to innovate the business valuation profession through AI-powered solutions.
Dori maintains a commitment to professional excellence through her CFP® and CVA® certifications. She is currently pursuing Level II of the CFA designation. Her unique combination of institutional finance experience, operational leadership, and technological innovation makes her a valuable partner for businesses seeking sophisticated financial guidance.
